Acting is an expression of emotions and deals with a study on how Acting through meditation helps to relieve stress and depression. It connects Acting with life and the study of inter-relationship.
The participants will learn how to act for theatre and films. They will get the direction on how to gain confidence in public and workplace with the power of acting. A little glimpse about how to be a professional actor is an important component of this training.
