FUTURE LEADERS 2017

Learning by Doing This program is designed to provide different skills to the students of the colleges to develop them to be good future leaders and also to promote self-awareness regarding individual strengths, weaknesses and interests relating to the world of work, and to motivate and enable them to explore and research careers using a range of resources. This aims to provide opportunities for students to understand what employability skills are, with reflection of these skills in themselves, and to develop and apply employability skills through a range of authentic activities delivered with the support of industry and academia.  This two month long program is in partnership with organizations. The program also provides opportunities for students to become more commercially& socially aware and make informed decisions about their future careers, as well as developing the skills they will need to successfully apply to for employment or self-employment.   About Future Leaders Programs  Only 6 students will be selected from the pull of applications; and will be for two months where one month will be dedicated for trainings of selected students on:

Week 1: Art of Starting: Guest lecture	4 hours
Week 2: Business Model Canvas Workshop	2 hours
Week 2: Presentation on their project : Guest Lecture	2 hours
Week 3: Microsoft Office or other tools for management if required/ report writing	2 hours
Week 3: Writing Case Study of Business and Field visit  to the company for research	2 hours
Week 4: Residential : Dhulikhel	2 hours
Presentation of case study, guest speaker from partner companies Felicitation ceremony	2 hours

  These soft skills trainings will fuel their capability and equip them to choose different professional projects and career paths. After completion of one month of training workshops, in the second month students will be joining the professional projects with the partner organizations. These professional projects will be given by the partner organizations to the selected students which will help them to be self-motivated and inspired to be Future Leaders.   Enroll Now   Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing Bachelor degree
• Should have the enthusiasm to learn in corporate and diplomatic culture
• Commitment of 2 Months during the program (For first month 5 hours per week and 10 hours a week on second month)
• Aged 18-25 years

• Who can apply? The candidate should be enrolled in any undergrad education and should have dedication and commitment to learn and grab opportunities.
• Is scholarship available and what is the criteria to be selected? The Applicants, if selected, are payable Rs. 10,000 for enrolling in the program – "Future Leaders". However, we have one scholarships (to be fully-refunded) for participants who will perform the BEST. Other interesting Awards, gifts and resources will be provided to the participants.
• What is the mode of payment if selected?

• What language proficiency do I need?

The candidate must have good skill in speaking and writing English.
